Client-centred integrative counselling
to support mental health, wellbeing, and transformation
I offer a calm, impartial, confidential space where you’re invited to talk about whatever is on your mind. I will support you in exploring your situation, helping you to recognise what you would like to be different and to find ways to initiate the changes you'd like to make. I work with adults, young people and organisations experiencing a wide range of challenges and complex situations.
My approach is compassionate and gentle, with the intention of facilitating client led change. As client, you will always remain in charge of what you bring to our counselling sessions and what you choose to share. We will always move at your pace.
Victoria was my first therapist and guided me through my first therapy session. I wouldn’t have anyone else do this with me. She was patient with me when I struggled to voice my feelings, and guided me through them so greatly. I will always be thankful for you Victoria in being that first step towards bettering myself.
Victoria is amazing, I am so happy to have found a therapist I trust and is so attentive to our discussions. I feel seen and guided in such a constructive way. Our sessions are really helping me heal, reflect and grow. Thank you so much!
